Services

Many of our services are unique.  Our charges are based on an hourly rate, unless we have taken your case on a contingency basis.  You never pay for more than 10 hours of our expert help when the fee is based on an hourly rate. We require a 50% deposit of our estimated fee before we begin the work on your case if not taken on a contigency basis. The deposit is held in escrow until Social Security approves our final fee charged. Our services include, but are not limited to the following:

Waiver of Overpayments

We will review your records to determine the accuracy of your overpayment.  We will assist you with the waiver process.  If we are not successful in getting your overpayment reduced by 20% or more, you will not be charged the balance of our fees and your intial 50% down-payment will be your only charge. We do take some cases on a contingency basis.  This means you only pay for our services when your claim is approved.  Our fees for cases taken on a contingency basis are 20% of your back pay received up to $6,000. We would represent you before Social Security if we take your case on a contingency basis. Contact Us!
