Services Many of our services are unique. Our charges are based on an hourly rate, unless we have taken your case on a contingency basis. You never pay for more than 10 hours of our expert help when the fee is based on an hourly rate. We require a 50% deposit of our estimated fee before we begin the work on your case if not taken on a contigency basis. The deposit is held in escrow until Social Security approves our final fee charged. Our services include, but are not limited to the following: Waiver of Overpayments We will review your records to determine the accuracy of your overpayment. We will assist you with the waiver process.
